L-Arginine in CREATINE PLUS, by increasing blood circulation and oxygenation to muscle tissue, makes other compounds (creatine, glutamine and ALA) available for the muscles in a shorter period of time. Direction
Loading phase: Take 8 scoops (40 grams) of Creatine Plus in 4 divided doses (one time after workout session) for initial five days.
